A Master's Ambition Resurfaces [INV-ONLY]

Sameonna Hoshigaki. A thirteen year old master of assassination and tactical brutality. Thoughts in her mind swirled similar to the clouds which now surrounded her and enveloped her body as a whole. The sunlight seemed to shine brighter than ever before at the gates of Tengakure. She had been in hiding for months now, which may have seemed like years in reality. However, her slumber was not spent in peace. No, not at all. She had been training and perfecting her skills - as she always had. Now, resurfacing, she had appeared at the renowned village of skyscrapers. It was bigger than she had ever imagined, being as though she had never visited this village before. The sunlight cut through the clouds like a butter knife, a golden hue seemed to shine down and cast shadows of massive quality on the lands coveted by the feet of the small kunoichi.

As she approached the massive ironclad gates, she noticed a small group of shinobi ahead of her. It seemed they were guarding the entrance to the village, which wasn't a surprise. With all of the turmoil happening throughout the world, Sameonna would not have expected anything less of a major village; regardless of the position in which this one stood. At the throat of the world, the pressure up here was almost unbearable and it definitely took getting used to. However, the heat from the sun which was closer than ever, seemed to counter the striking cold weather from the passing winds. Walking forth, the group of shinobi sprung forward in an attempt to defend, and if necessary, to kill for their country.

This action was familiar to Sameonna, as she had done many times over; both defending her country as well as herself. However, underestimation was a factor which always seemed to play part in a battle with the young girl, as it is common to believe one could overcome the qualities of a small kunoichi such as herself, and bewildered a title which many knew, but had not seen for some time. Sameonna, the Daughter of Poseidon and renowned Demon of the Hidden Mist. The guards drew their weapons respectively, left to right, she followed their hands watching them reveal each item within seconds. Two kunai.. A tanto.. A straightedge katana.. Shuriken attached to wires. It seemed each of them were specialists with their weapons, and judging by their attire, her assumption would have been correct assuming they were at least high Chunin or Jounin rank. This was a situation Sameonna was familiar to, though. She drew no weapon, nor had movement in preparation. Instead, she only drew a breath and look at them, speaking on a sly, yet wise voice.

"My name is Sameonna Hoshigaki. I mean no harm by coming to this village, nor do I mean harm to you. Lay down your weapons unto your sheathes and bring forth your commanding officer, or mayhap the Tenkage. I do not wish to cross arms with the elites of your village, but merely to join arms with you instead." Bowing, her long ponytail flushed with brightness, the sunshine reflecting the light from her head. If the situation came down to it, she would gladly engage in combat with the group, though she was sure that her introduction would sway their actions otherwise; especially because she asked for a commanding officer. Though, precautions must have been taken as she was sure would happen - chakra gathered throughout her body, specifically being channeled to her palms in preparation to decimate any who moved forth with intent to harm. Waiting for the coming of a higher-up, she stood straight up, continuing to focus on the group, yet never losing focus on her surroundings.

Chimitsu walked along Tengakure, she still wasn’t use to being here… She still hadn’t remembered a thing, she sighed as she looked at all the people, they were smiling and just having fun… Then she was there, her brown hazel eyes looked off in the distance, as her hair flowed behind her small body. She entire being was sad, matching her feelings.

She still wasn’t sure what had happened to cause this memory lost, to even who she was really. Nothing could come close to how she was feeling at that very moment other then anguish. Her body was still sore from the day she was found by that man… The things that happened that day, meeting people for what she thought was the first time…

The feeling she got when she opened her eyes only to be in a strangers arms was highly displeasing… But still he wanted nothing but to help her. As she shrugged it off and kept to walk along, she heard someone talking, she heard the voice and knew right away it was a girl… But what was she talking about? Chii peeked through the gates, and seen her.

This female had a long pony tail, she was very strong from the feeling Chii got… Her eyes sparkled as she slipped through the gates without realising it. Her body stumped forward and fell in front of the women. Chii’s face became bright red, her eyes looked toward her, she lost all concentration and managed to slip through without being able to stop herself

The second Tenkage of Tengakure Shinji Uzumaki walked slowly to the village gates. He had just come from a brief stop at a ramen shop with two friends who he had invited to accompany him as he went to see to the disturbance at the village gates. Honestly Shinji had no clue if they were following or not, but he had a job to do. With the recent attack of two S-ranked missing ninja he did not like taking any chances. Thus, he felt that he had to see to any problems that the gate guards should encounter no matter how trivial. It took very little time for him to reach the gates as his long strides carried him swiftly through the foot traffic of Tengakure.

After a minute or two of walking Shinji arrived at the village gates. Upon his arrival all the guards present straightened up and sheathed any weapons they had drawn (next time please refrain from controlling my village guards). He now stood squarely between the two large open gates of the village gates. He had already taken stock of the people present at the gate scene when they came within range of his minds eye of the kagura. Thus, not a single detail was missed. He noted the small girl with blonde hair peeking from behind the gates and the one with blonde hair that stood outside of the gate. However, judging by the chakra signatures Shinji knew he was here to see the one with blonde hair who stood outside the gate. Her chakra level was mediocre, but it was enough to get Shinji's attention.

Not wanting to be rude he spoke up in his sleepy and almost lazy voice, so the blonde haired girl could hear: " I am the Tenkage, Shinji. You are no missing ninja, so how can I help you on this fine day?" Shinji was not one to mince word, but he was also not one to let his guard down he was ready to react should things go haywire. Though he knew that this girl was no missing ninja as she did not have a place the villages bingo book he still felt uneasy, but his face betrayed no such thing. In fact, it betrayed only a bored almost sleepy look. However, beneath that look he was paying very close attention. he had an arsenal of jutsu at his disposal and with all his gear outfitted he was no slouch in a fight. Then again he looked nothing like a kage. With his spaghetti stained white shirt and lightweight jounin pants. To set it all off his unruly shock of blonde hair that almost looked like a mane.

Xyxer followed behind Shinji, on his right hand side to be specific. His feet moved swiftly as if he was simply gliding through the air, and even if he was his brown, tattered robes would have hidden that fact. The hood was now loosely resting on his scalp, his eyes still clear but he enjoyed not having a mild wind against his face. Upon stopping, he noticed somebody familiar however, a person he had made a blood pact with a long time ago. Almost every Kirigakure shinobi had came to Tengakure.. how weird. Her village must had been forsaken.

However, Xyxer not betray any feelings of happiness nor hatred, instead, he'd simply speak to the Tenkage as he kept his eyes on the young girl, "She's Sameonna Hoshigaki of the Mist. Self proclaimed daughter of Poseidon." He did not use any friendly terms, as that was not a matter of his job. Since he was an ANBU, his only duty was to his leader, and that was Shinji, and as such he'd serve him fully in any way he could.

Yozora followed Shinji and the other person, who's chakra still seemed very familiar, so did his moves, but his face was unknown to her. Not too long after leaving the ramen shop, they came to the gates. The guards seemed a bit on edge and there were almost no civilians around, except for one blonde girl not too close to the gates. One person could be seen at the gates. It was another girl about 14 years old, but her eyes showed experience. That was enough for Yozora to respect her, to some degree at least. Shinji spoke addressing the girl. Yozora noticed the other guy in robes whisper in Shinji's ear. She could not hear it, but whatever it was it looked important, not a random comment on her hair style. As her eyes shifted back on the girl, Meigan would activate once more that day. It was enough to know the girl was too much for Yozora to handle alone, if it came to that. Hopefully, just observing the situation will be enough.

Sameonna waited briefly before the arrival of the Tenkage, Shinji Uzumaki, and what seemed to be two followers trailing behind him. She was sure at least one of them was an ANBU, and her suspicions would be proven by the mans slight lean and whisper to the Kage after she listened to his introductions. The guards seemed to back off immediately after his arrival, so she felt it was acceptable to formally introduce herself to the Kage with hopes of acceptance. Smiling, she would bow to the Kage with grace. "My name is Sameonna Hoshigaki. You may have heard of me.. And my reputation.. But you are correct in assuming that I am no Missing Ninja. Though your presence gives grace, only those with true intent can feel such treasures, sir Kage." Standing back up, she'd straighten her position, scanning over the group, noticing yet another soul behind the gates peering through with chakra sensing. "It is an honor to meet someone of your pristine ranking." Her smile seemed to falter not.

Still maintaining a formal channelization of chakra, but not sending off improper signals which would strike engagement, she looked among the group of three, though her focus remained on the face of the Kage, Shinji. She had never heard of the man before, though his position as Kage was nothing to be trifled with. Sameonna's own reputation stands out from others her age, however, and the way it stands she is the outstanding master of assassination techniques throughout the ninja world. Her height cast an elongated shadow behind her, nevertheless, she never gave off the wrong impression. Despite her age, her level of maturity and quality never ceased to amaze.

"I do not come here to invoke challenge or hypocrisy, as I am not fond of disowning a village I am loyal to. Such actions are the trades of a coward. I come looking to, under your discretion, become a Ninjutsu teacher in your village, and if need be, have myself assigned to an ANBU Squad with your approval as a personal undercover bodyguard. If you need credentials, I have them with me." Her blonde hair waved in the wind. Something however was familiar about the man who whispered to the Kage. His chakra seemed to strike resemblance to Sameonna's own, telling her that he was at least from Kirigakure. 'Interesting... Another shinobi from the mist.. Though this one is odd..' She thought to herself. 'I'll keep an eye on him.. Until then, bigger matters are at hand.'.

Chii watched all of these people, her eyes scanning each one… Her heart was beating faster… She could tell they she had been noticed and not liking either… But she stayed to watch on how everything would play out… Her eyes first started with the three who were at the gate doors, the first was the Kage… She was still unsure exactly how strong that made him, let alone she was still trying to get use to whole ninjas are real thing. She remembered people talking about this great man… She didn‘t really see what made him so great… He looked like a normal everyday person, but she respected him.

The man to follow the Kage was someone she didn‘t know… In fact she had never seen this person in the village before… But something was strange to do with him, simply she shrugged it off. Finally the last person to come out behind these two was another male… Her eyes watched as he looked at the Kage and the other man. Chii tilted her head in confusion.. What were they saying…

Chii felt a little off, as if there was something deeper going on then what she could see. Her eyes flashed back to the girl, she could tell this girl was younger then her, but in Chii‘s current state, much more stronger… Chii smiled as she knew this girl meant truly no harm… But at the same time she did not know for sure.

The girl had a strong sense around her… She remembered someone had told her this was charka… Chii had it to, but didn‘t know exactly what it was… She let out a small sigh as she kneeled down, so she could keep watching but stay out of harms way if something were to happen with these four people…

Self proclaimed daughter of Poseidon, eh? Shinji half expected her to have scales or a tail of sorts, but mentally thanked Xyxer for the information. He also wondered how Xyxer knew this, but discounted it for now. It was irrelevant as it did not touch on the matter at hand. Instead he listened to what the one named Sameonna had to say. Although the first things she said were rather annoying-they seemed a lot like flattery, which Shinji did not really care for. He much preferred to be dealt with as a person, not a kage. Regardless he kept his manners and continued to listen with an attentiveness that was unnatural for Shinji, because he had indeed heard whispers of someone like Sameonna. From what he had heard she was a shinobi in the top tier and someone in that tier is not one you ignore.

Then again Shinji considered himself in the top tier of shinobi as well. Though he did not have any real wish to test his mettle in battle as some did. He was content to keep the title of Tenkage and even that was iffy. He was not one for titles. In fact, he was already planing to step down after he felt he had accomplished what he wanted to with the village. But, that was beside the point as he now listened to the last of what the young blonde had to say. All the while he was listening his body remained ready for a quick movement. Furthermore his passive use of the mind's eye of the kagura allowed for a nice way to survey the area.

Allowing a few seconds of dead air between when Sameonna finished talking and he began allowed him ample time to think of a response. After some internal deliberation Shinji responded to Sameonna in a now more serious yet kind tone: "Well, it is nice to meet you Sameonna Hoshigaki. I have no objections to having you join the grand village of skyscrapers. Although naturally you will have to go through a few background checks. These are mostly formalities, but they must be done. As for the post of ninjutsu teacher I do not see why you could not be one, so, yes, if you wish to be a teacher by all means do so. However, I cannot allow you on my anbu squad. I have no doubt in your abilities, but I cannot appoint people this way and that. I need to know I can count on you in a pinch...and we have only just met...Although there may come a time when I can call you part of my anbu. Today is not that day. Especially considering recent events...Otherwise, is there anything else you wish of me?" Shinji did feel he wanted to elaborate on recent events. Though he was referring to how the shinobi who had sunk the village hidden in the Mist had entered the skyscraper village and wronged Tengakure, though not to the extent of the Mist. Shinji did not feel that such information needed to disclosed to Sameonna at this time considering they had just met. Throughout his short speech Shinji kept his guard up as he had before and continued to do. he did not want a fight, but he would certainly oblige if he was attacked.

It was only now that Xyxer had decided to use Minds eye of the Kagura. He was curious as to the chakra signatures of those around him, and it'd be much easier for him to perform certain tasks if he actually knew whom he was tracking. None of them were that important to him, and he certainly did not pay attention to a target that appeared to be emitting an extremely low chakra level.. that was worrying. Probably an academy student or a genin. Once more however, a cold sensation flew over Xyxers body.. it was as if a wave had just crashed against his body. His muscles tensed as that happened as his eyes opened slowly. Looking at the ground, his heart was now pacing and he had to verify that he was not around any source of water.. good. Although he was passively listening to the conversations that was occurring, Xyxer simply stared at the ground in front of him with a look of distance clear on his face.

It almost pained him to think about it, but he knew that it was inevitable. Although he was brought up with a code of no mercy and no respect for the weak.. he had realized something over the passing days. Mercy could be granted to everybody. With that thought, he turned his head to look at Yozora. He actually felt.. a bit bad for her. He had quite possibly put her out of the chuunins because of that incident. Xyxer was about to apologise to her, but he decided better of it and just turned his head back to Sameonna, his eyes focused primarily on her hands in case they shifted to unsheathe some form of weapon, which although Xyxer knew would not happen with this female, he did know that she used jutsu primarily, and almsot every jutsu Xyxer knew of required usage of the hands, so it was a good place to start.

Sameonna gladly smiled at the Kage, bowing. Her chakra channelization receded within her palms, though she could sense the chakra presences of those around her. Xyxer in specific caught her attention, being as though she had been in contact with his before; though Shinji's seemed to resonate more on-par with Sameonna's own, although she was a tad more powerful in that aspect. "Thank you Shinji Uzumaki. I will gladly attain the title of a Tengakure shinobi from this day forth.. If you must, you may call on me for assistance at any time." She turned, sitting down on a small boulder. "I will await my credential and background checks until otherwise reported by your hand here." Taking out a small bottle of water, she sipped from it.
