In this case, if the blades were only 4.9 feet long, 1.6 feet wide and only a few centimeters thick, her speed, being as though she was moving quicker than the blades, would surely dodge them.

Landing about eight meters away from the concussive blasts, Sameonna would quickly utilize the time given to both scream, sending a massive shockwave of chakra-enhanced energy out into the distance, temporarily deafening anyone in the nearby area. This would certainly act hand-in-hand with the stinging mists which disorients and blinds the target and, by his standards, he'd already have been unable to distinguish reality from the current situation. This deafening scream bellowed for a split second, Sameonna quickly following up with a handsign procedure which allowed her to utilize three handseals, sprouting forth a massive geyser of water from her position which flowed from her mouth. Producing waves thirty feet tall and quickly filling a one-hundred meter radius, the force in which this attack was initiated seemed to escalate, as her Tsunami Style had already been transacting with the kneading chakra, the waves grew from an already frightening thirty feet high, to a fourty-five feet high, and filled a radial diameter of one-hundred fifty feet instead. Being as though he was now deafened, partially blinded, disoriented and had a stinging sensation, the flurry of miscommunication between his brain signals would probably cause him to scramble, if not for the mass of explosive forces which surrounded him and blew up just miliseconds after their bringing.

The sky could no longer be seen, the waves have taken the plateau in which they now stood, threatening to crush and knock anything over which stood in its way, also drowning it if it required oxygen. The pressing clouds from around them seemed to go hand-in-hand with the two separate mists which now stood unprecedented. Water walking would do the man no good, nor would his speed in this situation, as the waves were too violent, and he was already in the vicinity in which the sprouting waves already consumed. Nearby trees ruffled with excitement, though their positions or what was around them clearly could not be detected.

Roughly fourty feet away, a shockwave of energy clashes with the waves, ripping through them like they were butter. The slicing factor would have ground trees into falling logs in the area, threatening to crush any within the initial direction Shinji was in, large rocks and boulders, though partially destroyed, created huge chunks of flowing rock which would also crush anything which stood in their way. A secondary shockwave came from where the figure of Sameonna would be at the moment, aiming directly at the now hindered man, using the waves as a catalyst to further empower the airwaves sent from the tubes of the young girl, also further making the already flowing waves 5x more lethal, crushing currents began flowing toward her target, and the wind burst itself threatened to completely exterminate the mans existence. The waves blocked access to sight.. The stinging mist blocked access to sight.. Even the disorientation caused by the secondhand mist would cause obstruction and temporary muscle constriction.

All in all, the chances of the man or anyone in the vicinity surviving were slim to none. Though she gave the man props for attacking her head on, such arrogance could easily lead to the death of you or your loved ones. This was something Sameonna new on a more personal and formidable level. It actually reminded her of the training sessions she spent trying to get stronger over the passing years. Over-extension of her neck would prove troublesome, and in the worst case of this scenario, fatal. This was something she would have to compensate for, not being able to adapt would render the technique completely and utterly useless. Frustration ran rampant across the girls` brow, it was a damn shame. Staring at Shinji, a scowl formed on the corner of her lips. Letting forth a faint grunt, she stayed underwater, using her gills to breathe, and continued about her focus on Shinji. “Dishonorable.” her vocal intonation lowered slightly, a sign of her growing displeasure. She grew tired. She wanted this to end already, but couldn’t force herself to just walk away. She cursed her prideful nature, loosening her rigid shoulders as she attempted to perform the technique again.

It was a sad sight to behold, the shinobi more closely resembling a wet dog than a human at this point. Her remoteness would prove troublesome to be sure, she was certain that even the most extensive tracking or unmatched speed would prove useless against her tactical progression and defensive maneuvers. Damn her weakness and her choice of seclusion too for that matter. She was in luck though, for she would elude death yet. Guilt saddled the girl, that was not supposed to happen and she was not supposed to be the bad person. No she had mistaken her code of honor. This was dangerous stuff, and it was not supposed to end up with the loss of innocent lives, though it was necessary and needed. Even if she didn't want to kill her best friend. Her blood pumped in her veins, adrenaline taking the place of fear and worry. Though these were supplementary qualities she focused so hard on, she was actually boasting minimal chakra output and skill usage. As the world around her drowned, she stayed within her waves, the very place she had been born.

{Ok. Before I go further I will explain Shinji's IC reasoning. Tengakure was attacked by two missing ninja who Shinji foolishly let waltz through the door and wreak havoc on his village and in the process they killed Xyxer. Thus, once Shinji found out Sameonna was a criminal he felt he had to take action and prevent her from wreaking her own havoc on the village. Fairly solid I think, but I digress. Now to the important part.

So, can sharingan now track through hair? You would have to open your eye and uncover your hair as it has not been stated at which point it would be too late. Regardless you are unable to track the speed at which Shinji is moving with your eyesight-even with sharingan. He is moving at 330 speed and your max speed 109 (assuming you have MS, which has not been checked by other staff as of yet). The speed rules allow for a a natural +40 tracking speed, so you can track speeds up to 149. However, you claim to have MS, which gives another +80 to tracking speed, thus 229 is the highest speed you can track. Basically you are off by a hundred at best and would by no means be able to track Shinji. I could go on about the rest of your post, but I will not. Instead I will ask that you please re-post seeing as your actions are based off of being able to perceive him.}

[ Fixed. Chakra sensory allows me to sense your presence considering you were already near her and she could feel your energy prior to your leave, and feel it as you arrived. I understand you were attacked, hence my controlling your guards with their upkeep of weaponry to defend the village, but violently attacking me based off of a criminal background is not Kage-like behavior. Sameonna may have defected from Konoha, but it would only be because she feels Konoha defected from her in return. You could have easily just asked her what it was about, and if anything, arrest her as a prisoner of war. But, you do have your reasoning. Ok, I am not sure what you are referring to here: my whirlwind waltz cloak or my blades. However, if it is my cloak then that is a clear godmod. The cloak does not create noise. It merely lets off a slight aura of chakra, which to my knowledge does not make all that much of a sound. And you have no tech that allows super hearing. If it is the blades you refer to then you would already be dead, because you take far too may actions in a very short amount of time: first you hear them then tip over the water then use a jutsu and try to get away right into the attack (all this will be explained as we go on). The blades are fired from 2 meters away and move at nearly your speed there is very little time for you to do all that.

Please note that your chakra sensory has not been trained according to your stat page. Thus, you only have a 30 meter radius of sensory. And sensory does not give you anymore reaction time than you would have normally. You still have to process the whole event at your own speed, which makes for a time lag upon the entrance into the detection radius and the reaction to the chakra signature.


Now for the whole blade perception thing:

So you hear the blades here, but I am not too sure when you notice them ( are they halfway to you, had they just been fired or what?), because you also mention that she is seeing clouds. Is her attention split? So, please add that, because the blades are not at a standstill by any means.

You then flick your ankle to the right after noticing the blades that are still closing in on you from two meters (not a very large distance mind you).

Then you activate a jutsu, which is currently being reworked and thus cannot be used in this battle (note the jutsu was requested for editing before this topic even started). But, assuming you could use it: this either takes hand seals or something to activate it-not just thought. I am not sure as the tech does not specify, however it takes more time out of the closing blades. In a nutshell you would be doing a lot of actions while these pretty fast blades are coming at you from a very short distance away and claim that it all happened in the time it took for a water bottle to fall plus a tiny bit more time :/.

Standing up to regain her stability, the black sphere would now have been made contact with her left shoulder. However, death was not a certain factor as of yet. For Sameonna at least. A current in which the beam would hit her would concurrently cause her to activate a followup technique, as she quickly swapped from her place in front of him, leaving behind four massive explosions pinpointed in four separate locations directly around the Tenkage, each ranging in visual and radial diameter of an explosive tag for every explosion, capable of completely decimating the surrounding undertones.

Now, we come to another problem if you do indeed dive. If this beam hit your shoulder it would blast straight through it-effectively crippling the use of that arm and thus making it rather tricky to perform jutsu as the required hand seals would be hard to perform. You have her just taking the hit like a champ and moving on like nothing happened even though she would be bleeding profusely. Granted people have various pain threshold, but a gaping wound and blood loss will kill anyone. See it's strength stat vs your health stat (and please factor in the nerfing of the Leaf village armor that happened a long time ago as they now give a cumulative health bonus of +15 if I am not mistaken and no more strength bonus, thus leaving you with a health of 59 vs the strength of the blast, which is 105).

Furthermore by diving to left, but still getting hit by the beam would still have you not getting out of the way of the incoming wind blades. Shinji is squarely behind Sameonna when he the beam is to be shot, thus her shoulder shifts over such that her right one is not hit, but her left one is. In conclusion the wind blades would still be on target to hit Sameonna-unless I missed something here ( at least one would still be on target considering to dive you would have to jump up to an extent unless she just flopped over). And now that she was diving and not able to naturally influence her own speed or direction, which would allow the blades to do the rest. All in all it would leave her still chopped up.

And before you say that you substituted before the beam hit, as it hit or even after it hit please consider that the substitution technique does not just teleport you away elsewhere you have to cast a illusion on an object and literally switch places with it and it takes preparation: not just insta switch-there are hand signs that must be done. Also looking ahead you do not have any explosive tags in your inventory, but you claim to use them. Plus the explosive tag replacement technique was never approved nor was it revamped for V5, so it cannot be used legitly. For now I will leave it at this. Also I request that a staff member not involved in this topic review the MS activation, so that we can understand what Sam's speed is for the sake of the discussion we are having. Feel free to edit to amend these points as you see fit or try another approach. If you can't read what is clearly happening in my post than that is your fault. My substitution was used with the branch I mentioned being a catalyst, so that is out of the question. However, I did not dive toward you. A water clone did. Read between the lines and figure it out yourself, #1. #2 - If I didn't tip over the water, I'd just then be able to activate a jutsu. The water tipping was my movement and action of escaping. I moved away from the blades as a whole, and my clone dove where you were standing.

30 meters of radial sensitivity for chakra is 100 feet. I could sense your blades the moment you unleashed them, because, you still had to clear the gate in order to even reach me with your blades and not hit your associates in the process, considering they were standing right in front of me. Regardless of that, you have a high chakra ratio, one which I noted I sensed in the past, which means I came into contact with it previously. The moment you enter that 100 foot radius, I can tell your back. Case closed.

It grants enhanced reflexes and virtually slows the world around you down, if not by half a second, or a full second at that. Which gives me enough time to use the replacement as well as my Utsusemi technique, which is a body flicker and leaves a clone in my place. The very clone that dove in front of you and blew you to pieces with a basic E-Rank technique. It must be a good jutsu because it even fooled the person ROLEPLAYING the character.

For the blade perception, its not perception.

I noted the clouds surrounded me entirely, which would, in fact, be the same case as you. Considering however they are only clouds and the Sharingan allows me to see the reverbriating aura of chakra unleashed by both attacks and shinobi, I would actually be able to pierce the clouded veils and see you AND your attacks before you even realized I saw you. They had just been fired when I saw clouds moving and noticed the signature, hence my movement. I didn't hit the bottle in an attempt to use a jutsu with it, I hit the bottle to signal which way my character had already gone when I activated Utsusemi. Hence my mentioning of my ankle flicking to the right. Use your head and stop twisting my words.

As for the two meter closure, two meters is 6 feet realtime. You never disclosed how far away you were from my location, but considering you would have had to go over the gate, you would have had to be atleast 50 from my position right off the bat because I was stopped by your guards. Remember that? Yeah. Anyway, I have more speed than your blades, which means I am able to move quicker than them if they are noticed in time.

No, I didn't activate a jutsu. My clone did. Considering she is a water clone, she has my chakra and allows her to activate jutsu. You hit her shoulder, granted when she stood up it gave her enough time to prepare anything before your beam hit her. The branch I mentioned acted as a catalyst for the Subsitution Technique which left four explosive tags which detonated right after I moved. Disregard Predator's Shroud in your reply then, as even I didn't know it was under revision. The "pretty fast blades" are slower than me. This is how the sequence went.

#1. I notice your blades and your chakra signature enter the area. Any skilled shinobi would be able to split their focus between talking and fighting. Its common sense.

#2. My ankle flicked to the right, hitting the bottle and setting the stage for how quickly I performed all of this. I'm a jutsu specialist, not a speed-hungry bastard.

#3. I activated Utsusemi as I kicked the bottle, noting I flicked my ankle to the right which signaled which direction I was going. Utsusemi, in a nutshell, is body flicker, though it leaves an undistinguishable clone in its wake. In which case, the clone dove the same direction as I went, only I went further away, about 60 feet; so your blades are shit compared to where I am.

#5. My substitution requires no handseals, and is specifically made for people who think they can get over on me with speed. I didn't use the basic subsitution, Study some more please before you go around saying I'm making illegal actions. I cast an illusion on the branch which, as I said, I noticed before the Mist had formed. Hence, the mist I formed was actually formed BY ME, not MY CLONE. And by the way, I'd like for staff to please consider putting a cap on speed statistics, because shit gets ridiculous when your moving with over 330 speed and having no jetlag or friction fucking you up.

Post is revised, took necessary jutsu out, replaced with common sense and logic. Also, asking that your Whirlwind Waltz be revised. Its basically LRA with wind and blades on crack.

Well I apologize for my rudeness, but you know how I am. I get heated easily, but I am sorry. There are things that need to be debated regarding both his technique and his actions. If the blades hit my clone, they are hitting him too. Aside from that, I desperately say that there needs to be a speed cap. Hes basically moving at Mach 1, not to mention the other shinobi who possess the same quality of speed. No jetlag, whiplash or even friction? Come on.

Those are facts that can be argued, and they will be taken into consideration.
However, regardless of your opinion of the jutsu in question, it was approved at its current state during the time this thread took place, thus its current version will be used, regardless of correction, until the conclusion of this thread.

Well both the techniques you mention here are rather outdated, which calls them into question, but I will not argue from that point. Please see the fact that you do not have any exploding tags with which to use your sub technique, so take that as you will (still also note that your sub technique was never approved even though it is old and, thus, as I mentioned earlier, makes you unable to use it) (not exactly sure if you took it out on that last edit as you still mention the explosions: "Landing about eight meters away from the concussive blasts..."). Furthermore the way you use these techniques is considered code technique, which is banned on this site:

Please just read this. How could I possibly know what you did? Your jutsu are referred to in terms other than their names, which leaves me to guess and then if I guess wrong I am dead (you mention a secondary jutsu, which leads one to think there is a primary, but there is not a clue as to what it is in the least). How am I to know that you flicking the water bottle out of the way signals you using a Utsusemi (mind that the technique you try to use requires what you call "preparation"-in the app anyway and seeing as it uses the body flicker as its base it would probably need those hand seals as well plus a little more considering you are leaving a water clone behind, thus taking time as the blades close in(I am not trying to bend your technique here I am just mentioning what it would probably take)) What if I had said that Shinji used jutsu number 123 followed by sub jutsu 234 and this stood for the activation of the cloak and then firing the blades? You would have no clue what I used, no? The reason I did not notice what type of jutsu you were launching is not for lack of skill; it is because you are using code style, which inhibits me from responding to your post fairly and leaves me to only guess at what you are doing-that is why it was banned.

This brings us back to that wonderful grey zone. My associates are at the gate where Shinji was in the beginning. However, due to us not knowing where you stand you cannot really say that they are "right" in front of you. In fact, as reason stands they would be no where near you with the distance you wish to put between the gates and you of 50 meters.

See my first post with regards to your tracking/reaction speed vs my speed. Basically even through your sharingan I am wicked fast. Also, sharingan does not slow down time...

It does not allow you to perform jutsu any faster you are merely able to see what you necessarily would not.

If I hit the clone's shoulder then the clone would be dissipated. Though I see in your edit the hit may be irrelevant as of now.

Indeed, case closed: you are right. I am merely saying that you would have to react to this re-entrance with your reaction stat, because by the time you notice it Shinji would already be closing in and attacking. Furthermore you even mention that my blades are already launched and then you start reacting after breaking off from speech:

The blades are already in flight and then you start your movements and reactions (ie eye opening etc.) basically I still maintain you would be chopped up by the wind blades.

-On another note I would like to point a few things out as they may come up later in this topic: Your chakra resonator is not in use during this topic as you bought it while this topic was active, thus it cannot be used here. In turn your chakra is only 94. Also I would like to know when you activated MS, because if you are claiming just activating it this topic I would call that into question (activating it off Xyxer's death makes no sense. You would have no clue he was dead. His body is gone and only Shinji and his anbu knew about it.) And the use of your cursed seal is not really possible anymore. First off it is in a old template and cursed seals fall under fuinjutsu. Your specs are Nin, Tai, and Gen. Thus, you cannot legally use it as it is S ranked and requires fuinjutsu.
