Jason vs koaru round 2. p, nk

Jason was sitting at the wooden bench in a training area that is 100 meters wide. no trees were there, only tree stumps and very small rocks scattered the entire training ground area. the wind brushed past Jason's hair as he sat there, and basked in the sun that shone on the bench where Jason was sitting. Jason could hear the birds chirping in the background. Jason could sense the lake nearby and could smell the water in the air. Jason heard the gate opening and close as Jason looked down. "ah, you're here, finally. i guess we're even now, huh, koaru?" Jason spotted koaru panting like crazy. it was clear that he had been running here. "did you oversleep? that's a bad thing when you're a shinobi. shinobi has to be able to be on time for important things." stated Jason. are you ready for a spar? i'm ready for a [i} big one [/i]. also, i'm gonna set up a rule here. if one of us hit each other at a vital spot, we stop and rest. ok?" asked Jason. Jason waited for an answer coming from koaru as he stood there panting.

Koaru came bursting through the gates of the training field. He was drenched in sweat. He had a long day of completing missions, and it was hard work. Koaru removed his hoodie as well as his mesh undershirt. Now shirtless, Koaru ran right past Jason Uzumaki, who was talking to him. Koaru's brain was fried, and the only thing currently on his mind was the lake in the training field just 40 meters from where Jason stood. Koaru's mouth salivated as he ran toward the body of water. 40 meters away. 30 meters. 20. 10....

"Cannon Balllll!" Koaru shouted.

The young shinobi relished the cool feeling. He startled a few fish with his speedy descent into the water, causin them to swim away in fear. Now refreshed, Koaru surfaced just enough that his nose was above surface. Koaru looked at Jason. It was no time for slacking. Today was his rematch with Jason. Koaru let a few bubbles gurgle on the water's surface just above his face as he reflected on his previous match. 'Going all out today, huh?' he thought to himself. He was ready to do that. And luckily for him, Koaru knew Jason's most versatile ability, his chakra chains. They could only reach about 20 meters and Jason seemed to always try and restrain Koaru. Koaru nodded in acknowledgement as he hoisted himself above surface, using the surface walking technique to use the water as solid ground. As he rose, his soaking wet dreads covered his face. Koaru stuck his chin out to reveal his face. his eyes were a jade green color, and they gazed down on Jason, some distance away from him. The power of the gaze seemed to disturb the water under him as waves began to ripple violently. Suddenly, a dark figure, standing about 10 meters tall, towered over Koaru from behind. His entire figure was completely blackened as if under a shadow. The figure's hair, dreaded like Koaru's hissed and slithered about its head, like the snake-hairs of Medusa herself. Each dread had glowing red eyes that challenged Jason. The figure's face could not be seen...until it daringly opened its eyes. Those eyes....were just like Koaru's. As wind flurried in all directions with Koaru and the mysterious demonic figure at the center, Koaru opened his mouth.

"Come."

Jason grinned and made hand seals. when the final hand seal was done, Jason called out the technique,"water clone technique!". 2 water clones rose up from the water next to koaru. they stood on the left and right side of it and attacked with a punch and a kick. should the attacks him, then koaru would take some damage. if the attacks would be countered and the clones attacked, then they'd disperse back to the lake. meanwhile, while the water clones were attacking, Jason channeled a chakra chain that has hooks in the end of the chain. the chain is 20 meters long and 2 inches wide. the chain was channeled from his right hand and Jason began to twirl it and then throw it towards koaru. should he dodge it then Jason would make the hand seals for flying rocks jutsu and make them fly towards koaru's face. should that technique hit, then Jason would move in closer and channel another chakra chain from his right hand and throw it towards koaru in an attempt to hurt him. if the chain would hit, then koaru would take a lot of damage and be more stunned for an attack. should koaru be hit by the chain and be stunned, then Jason would do a 1-2 combo at his face. if he dodges all of those attacks, then Jason would open his mouth and activate the hidden mist technique to hinder his sight.

Koaru unsheathed his ninjato in response to Jason's hand seals. His sharp eyes noticed the trademark hand sign for water style techniques. Koaru's chakra aura dimished slowly as Koaru waited in anticipation for the attack. Standing over the water could mean trouble for him. In confirmation, Two lumps of water at his side rose and morphed into images of Jason. Koaru did not take his eyes off of the original, who was preparing a chakra chain attack of his own while the clones closed in for an assault. Koaru waited until the last second possible to dodge the attacks coming from three different angles. Koaru dropped almost level to the water's surface at a speed of 32. In the same motion, Koaru swiftly ran his leg through the clones, and recited, "Dragon Sweeping Tail!" His leg sweep dismemberred both of the clones' legs, and allowed the chain to pass over his head, just grazing the tip of his dreads. This technique was almost instantaneous as a result of muscle memory and obliterated the clones with his trained strength of 20. 

Koaru raised his head toward the original who was now forming the hand seals for his flying rock technique. Koaru had seen the technique enough times to act just after the first hand seal (reaction time 90). Koaru grabbed the chakra chain that missed him. He used all his might to drag Jason into the air. He maneuvered the chain to finally send Jason crashing into the cold, hard, training ground floor head first. Not hard enough to kill, but with enough power to pack a powerful punch. Because he did this before the rock-spitting technique, he interrupted Jason's sequence of attacks.

Jason got up from the ground all dizzy. "ugh... note to self, get used to flying...". Jason got up all wobbly and shook his head to clear the dizzyness from his vision. Jason opened his mouth and suddenly, there was a big mist forming around the entire area where Jason and koaru stood at. while the mist was on, Jason made the hand seals for the hide like a mole technique and send a chakra chain down to the underground with his left hand and have it stop at the edge of the lake. should koaru attack Jason then the chain would spring up, activating the trap and swing in a 45 degree angle threatening to smack him hard across the entire body. the speed of the chakra chain is 26 so it'll be a bit difficult to dodge it. should the trap happen, then Jason would send another chakra chain with his right hand and hopefully make it twirl around his leg. should that happen then Jason would drag him towards Jason to which Jason would then proceed to hit across the face with a roundhouse kick with his right foot.

Koaru tensed the hand that weilded his ninjato as Jason's mist shrouded them. Koaru thought about what happened after Jason used this mist in their previous fight. Koaru quickly raced about in a zig zag movement so that Jason could not not pinpoint his location. But, something else surprised Koaru from underground. It was a chain, and it winded him forcing Koaru to crumple to his knees. Koaru sat on his behind trying to regain his breathe. He hated this technique, because it restricted his eyesight, but Koaru knew it would not last much longer. All he had to do was survive. Just when Koaru counted himself lucky that the chain did not restrict him from underground, Koaru heard a second chain whistling through the mist. Koaru could not quite pinpoint the location of the chain until it was firmly wrapped around his right leg. Koaru felt himself being tugged toward Jason. 

Koaru thought of a plan. Koaru twirled his ninjato in his hand and stopped in so that it was in a stabbing position. Koaru planted the ninjato through one of the links of Jason's Chakra Chain, pinning it down, and preventing him from being pulled toward Jason. Koaru focused and infused his Raiton chakra into the ninjato. Lightning began to crackle as it traveled from the blade all the way the chain. If Koaru could not find Jason, he would let his chakra do the work for him. Koaru's Raiton chakra would travel up the chain and make Jason's right arm, from which the chain spawned from, unbearably numb. If Jason did not act soon to disperse the chain that constricted Koaru, the numbness would spread from his right arm to his chest and neck. The numbness was enough to prevent Jason from using the arm for a little while. Koaru shouted out at Jason, 

"Oi Chain Bastard! How does this feel?" Koaru gave a dastardly grin, just hoping Jason could see.

Jason could hear the lightning heading his way so he cut off the chakra chain and it disappeared into thin air. Jason ran towards koaru and skidded in front of him, kicking up dirt in the process. the dirt hit koaru in the face and eyes making him unable to see for a short while. this gave Jason an opportunity to attack. Jason stomped on his stomach and swung his left fist towards koaru's face. if the attack would hit, then Jason would kick koaru at the left side of the ribs. should that happen then Jason would proceed to kick koaru in the back of his head. if the attack would miss then Jason would make a sweeping motion and kick with his left leg. should the attack hit it's mark, then Jason would follow up with a straight punch that goes in a downward strike towards Koaru's face.

Koaru was delighted to see those insufferable chains disappeared. Upon their full dispersal, Koaru got to his feet but remained in a crouching position. Koaru listened and could hear footsteps running toward him. Koaru was tired of not being able to see his target. Koaru clapped his hands together and called forth a gale of wind. The wind pushed outward in all directions starting from where Koaru was crouching. The Gale Palm technique, being of higher rank than the hidden mist technique, blew it away, allowing Koaru to see everything, including the fast approaching Jason. The wind was powerful enough to carry Jason, and the dirt he was unsettling, with it. The gale palm would send Jason flying back 5 meters and the dirt that Jason intended to utilize to blind Koaru blew back at Jason and would blind him instead. Jason would temporarily be unable to see while Koaru made his next assault.

With the mist cleared, Koaru could utilize the Moringan to its fullest potential. Jason would be blown backward by the unexpected Gale Palm with a power of 25, after which Koaru would respond almost instantaneously with his sharp eyes. Koaru readjusted his ninjato  so that he could use the hilt of the blade to attack. Koaru would jab Jason with the sword hilt in his stomach, attempting to knock the wind out of his stomach. While he did this, Koaru focused chakra into his opened hand that did not carry the ninjato. Whether or not the previous attack with the ninjato hit, Koaru would follow up with a firm slap to Jason's left cheek. The force of the hit would only send Jason tumbling backwards. Koaru knew such a weak attack would get Jason's attention, and he started to say, 

"That!....is for using those dirty tactics! What are you tryna do? BLIND ME?!"

Jason got hit by the gale force and got a minor cut on his forehead. Jason closed his eyes and the dirt hit his face and clothes. Jason also got hit by the ninjato handle in his stomach and then finally got slapped hard on his left cheek. Jason then looked at koaru like something was wrong with him. Jason then suddenly started to laugh. and laugh. and laugh.

Koaru's serious face softened, and soon after, Koaru joined in the laughter. Koaru left a few seconds passed before he stopped laughing. He reassumed his fighting stance as he faced Jason. Koaru hoped Jason knew what he was getting into by challenging him to an all out fight. Both of them were shinobi of Konoha fighting to become stronger for the sake of the village. All jokes aside, Koaru cared about all the villagers, not just the female ones. To protect them, Koaru would need Jason's help to become the strongest shinobi alive.

A mark would slowly form on Jason's left cheek, reading "KG." It was written in japanese kanji, and looked almost like a tattoo [like in my avatar]. It had been planted on Jason's cheek the minute the open smack to the face landed. The mark was harmless by itself. Jason would not necessarily see the mark, unless he saw his reflection. When Koaru saw it, he smirked. Koaru advanced toward Jason with extravagant footwork, closing the distance between them. Koaru switched the ninjato in his right hand to his left, freeing his right hand. Koaru clenched his fist just before it became enveloped in a raging blue cloak of Raiton chakra. Koaru let out a battle cry as he closed in on Jason with a speed of 27 and thrusted his chakra cloaked fist to hit Jason's chin at strength of 20, which would send him flying backwards, skidding against the ground until he crashed into a tree stump, sending debris flying into the air. Koaru knew Jason had experienced this technique before, and he could expect an electrifying sensation following the uppercut.
