Taking a turn in the snow (Open to all Yuki nin)

Seeing that the tension had died down, Maku looked around at each ninja in turn.  What to do, what to do with all of you, he thought.  Then an idea occurred to him.  Walking straight up to Daiyuki, he looked the man in the eyes.  With the most serious of looks, he reached his arm up, and poked the man in the chest.  He then yelled

"YOUR IT! Catch me if you can!  You three Versus Me!"

And ran away at full speed of 200 to hide on top of a building 25 meters away, to see if the ninja could find him.  He suppressed his chakra as he poked him to, cause that's a normal thing to do when you play hide and seek.

Having received the items from Kanae, Daiyuki proceeded to finish his ritual.  The atmosphere between the ninja had seemed to calm.  Nothing could’ve ruined this moment for him, he felt warm having had Kanae hand him his things.  Although he wondered what Kira do to the young girl, as it appeared the young girl neglected her mentor’s cautious protection.  All of this would change as Daiyuki noticed the look on his mentor Maku’s face had shifted to him in all seriousness.  Daiyuki looked away to his arm and sniffed the now wrapped headband that held Kanae’s petal and his own hair.
 
 Just as he’d sniffed it and looked up, Maku had been standing in front of him. As Maku tagged him and preceded to runaway, Daiyuki resisted the urge to chase after him keeping in mind what Kira had mention to him about sudden movements moments before.  “Can Kanae come?” he asked turning his attention to Kira. He took this opportunity to warm up the strange woman while awaiting her response and reaction to his question.

Hide and seek, huh? Well, if that was what Maku wanted... that's what he would get. What small amount of chakra Kanae had inside her twisted slightly, bending out of its normal flow. There would be a faint scent from her pores, that only Daiyuki (and maybe the surrounding dogs etc) would be able to pick up. She smiled widely, and her eyes narrowed, looking around for the leader. Kiranomo-san, would you mind checking the alleyways? Daiyuki-kun...." Suddenly, her chakra and smell popped back to normal, and she blinked. "Um.... D-daiyuki-kun.... c-could you please m-maybe..." she felt really nervous and embarrassed in front of this boy for no particular reason. How? He was socially awkward, and acted like a wolf. Was it that gruff, somewhat friendly quality about him that made her look at him with a little awe? "C-could you.... t-track him by scent?" She couldn't stop stuttering... hopefully, they would attribute it to the cold.

Kira watched him move, fully sure that there was no reason for her to actually get into this match. She spread open her stance just a bit, one leg forward to cock her hips as her body returned to rest. She addressed them both, responding to their statements in one fluid motion, not taking the time to look at the target of each answer or take her eyes off of where maku had hidden. As she he set himself up she let her vision blur for a moment and activated her thermal vision while at the same time allowing her chakra to flow through the savar suit, masking her own chakra from those around her. 

     "Come....Sure, I geuss? and why do you need to track him kid he's over there. Didn't u see him run?" She forgot that the two genin before her were not up to snuff with she and maku's strength. It was a strange thing to remember outside of actual combat. 

     "You two go get them. kanae, consider this training for when we Maku lets me take you on some missions. You have to follow commands of your superiors for your own safety. I'll tell you where he's hiding and you find a way to catch him. " This was a good plan. She would test the girl's ability to react to her direction, and Daiyuki's also. "You too kid. See who can catch him first." as she finished speaking she pointed in the general direction where maku had been hidden. (training started =,D)

Maku was chillin on top of a building.  While he had been running he grabbed a drink so now he was just having a good time sitting on top of the building.  He decided chakra suppression was lame, so he just let it go, and was actively using his chakra senses to keep track of the combatants. 

Hopefully they would work together and use their noggins to catch him.  This was fun, he thought as he sipped on the lemonade in his hand

All fired from Kanae’s acknowledgment of him Daiyuki had reached down and grabbed a handful of snow; he then placed the snow on his cheeks in an awkward attempt to hide the blushing of his cheeks. After the sensation in his faced had stopped he quickly sniffed the headband that contained Kanae scent, it calmed him.

“Yes! Kanae I can track him just stay behind me” The wolf boy say as he leaned down to sniff the exact spot Maku had touched him.
 

The boy figured this would be the leader’s down fall because in essence everyone has a unique scent.  Maku’s aroma trail had a distinct amber glow in Daiyuki’s eyes, Just as Kanae’s would be a sliver shade to it. “I see his trail” the boy said as he ran away toward the building that approximately 9 meters away.   He wondered if Kanae could keep up?

In reality, Kanae really couldn't keep up, but staying behind Daiyuki was probably the better idea, anyways. Better to let the guy with the tracking ability take the lead. Maybe she should stop thinking of him as a dog or wolf, and more as just a boy. People may not be able to understand him (not even herself), but hadn't she experience the same rejection herself?

She ascended a ladder the wall of the building to the roof, where Kira and Daiyuki had indicated. Leaping forward, she attempted to catch Maku, tapping him on the shoulder. That, of course, was assuming he was still there....

She watched the two beeline for maku. From his hiding place she wondered what he was thinking. Would he zip away at full speed or allow them to catch him? She was fairly certain it would be the former but for their sake maybe the situation would end in surprise. Keen eyes watched the three bright white heat signatures, two moving to the third and waited for the chance to tip them off the moment he moved. As she did her hand slid slowly into the bag at her side. Her fingertips gripped the senbon lightly to slide them from the bag without catching their sharp tips on the material itself. With them out and readied she awaited the right moment to give them assistance if needed.

As he sat, relaxin and watching the snow fall, he sensed the chakra signatures getting closer and closer to him.  The girl, Kanae, was approaching him now, getting closer and closer.  She apparently was going to try and tap him on the shoulder.  Mmmm, should probably have tried a little harder than that after all, it always made activities more fun when both people tried.  As her finger came down to poke him, it would go directly through as he had used his after image technique.  5 meters from the girl staring directly at her was now three identical snowmen, each with their cute stick arms set up in a single hand sign, yet all were unmoving.  The wind blew, and each had a carrot nose and a top hat.  Staring at them with coal eyes.

How would they proceed would be the question.

So close yet so far away Daiyuki had watched Kanae attempt to tag Maku fail. How had he let them get so close just to evade them? Trying not to succumb to his nature of being arrogant and hasty, he proceeded to help Kanae to her feet. “We need to evaluate the situation, this can’t be just an ordinary game of hide-and –seek,” he would say to her as she pointed the snowmen.
 
He didn’t want to risk using form physical combative action to address the immovable snowmen ahead. “Do you have any long range weapons or specialty that could possibly gauge these snowman as passive or aggressive?” He would say to Kanae. Daiyuki hadn’t bother to ask Kira he only assumed if she had acted earlier this “game” would be over seeing as she and Maku had admitted to knowing one another. He assumed it would be through battle but then again why had he not killed her?
 

Daiyuki pondered these things as he check over Kanae for injuries fearing she had fallen hard after being faked out by the afterimage technique. He hadn't even realized  how calm and nurturing he was being, it would be the most tranquil display of his unrefined humanity thus far. Daiyuki attributed this subtile shift his personality to the girl next him. He still wondered why that was.
