Daiyuki watched the boy gather his things. "Hey Kiru, we are pack mates now.. We grow strong together, fight together and if it comes to it die together. these are the makings of a pack." Daiyuki said to the boy. Shiroi ran over jump and licked the man in the face after doing so she return to her master allowing him to since her as she'd just obtained Kiru's scent. it would be one Daiyuki would forever remember.

This was the beginning of a rivalry but also a friendship forged in blood and scars.
