Ordinary Day [IO, NK]

Mugen used a single hand to rub his temples and sighed. He was merely pissed off by the trick Laz played on him, he just needed to cool down. Hell, he was acting like a girl that was on the rag. The boy looked at his melting popsicle and frowned, only to stick in into his mouth once more. As he heard Lazuru's replies he couldn't help but wonder how he could be so laid back. Then again, he was somewhat hot-headed so he couldn't relate much to the fellow student.

"Fine, I guess. I've just been training, going to the academy, and taking care of my sister. Lately, it's been a cycle. What about you?" he questioned, now taking a bite out of his popsicle. Though, once Laz stated his proposition the Mugen rose his eyebrows in slight surprise. After all that occurred, asking for a spar out of the blue was slightly abrupt. However, he didn't let such a small thing bother him and merely nodded as his response. The boy quickly took several steps back, creating a two meter distance between him and Lazuru.

"You're call," he stated, referring to when they were going to start. He continued to eat his popsicle and kept a single hand in his pocket. It seemed as if his guard was down, but it was quite the opposite. If someone were to look close enough, they would see that his muscles were tensed and his eyebrows were now furrowed. He was ready for whatever Lazuru planned for him.

Seem like Mugen was doing fine and so Laz  moved his hand to the back of his head to scratch it. "Uh you know helping people,Training ,Beating up the local bad doers like that guy I dropped kick earlier I had fought him and nine other guys from his group..they never learn." Laz  stretched his body some more. "OK so when this snowball hits the ground we start." Laz  said as he scooped up a handful of snow and then made it into a snowball which he would then toss into the air.

Standing still Laz  waited as the snowball reached its highest point to move his body backwards to the left by one foot. As soon as the snowball hit the ground Laz  would then dash towards Mugen and aim a kick to his chest. He would then get low and punch at Mugen stomach and then aim a karate chop at his elbow. If it made any contact he would then aim to grab Mugen's arm which he would then hold on with a tight grip as he would then use the palm of his hand to push Mugen back with enough force to send him back a meter.

Due to the distance he had already created between them, he felt as if he could see Laz's attack coming from a mile away. His eyes held an uninterested glint in them as he continued to eat his popsicle and waited for his enemy to approach him. Before Lazuru's kick could manage to hit him, the boy had ducked low enough, making the strike merely touch the tips of his hair. He narrowed his eyes at the sight of his enemy getting down low, immediately performing a frog leap one foot above the ground. As a result of this, he successfully dodged the punch that was originally aimed for his stomach. Before Laz could move and try to karate chop his elbow, Mugen aimed the bottom of his foot for his opponent's face. However, he didn't put in enough power to make it push Laz back. He then swiftly used his other foot to attempt the same action, a small smirk forming on his features while he did so.

If this was all successful, then the youth would use his enemy's face as a launching pad. He would immediately push off of the older boy's face and perform a back flip, landing another two meters away from his opponent. If his actions weren't able to go through then he would merely lower his feet and aim a kick for Laz's neck instead, putting enough power to actually send him back a few feet if the attack hit. Mugen made sure to keep his popsicle in his mouth as he did this, for the treat would certainly come in handy later on.

Well since it was Laz  first time fighting Mugen and Mugen first time fighting Laz, Laz  haven't known the skill of his fellow. That was the whole purpose of the spar so Laz  can compare his skills with Mugen's skills. "Hmm seems like this could also be fun" he thought as Mugen ducked dodging his first attack. Laz  would then miss the other attacks as well. Mugen then had kicked Laz  in the face and use it as a springboard to jump off of. Laz  then rubbed his face as he would sprint towards Mugen. Mugen would be just about to land when Laz  bent down scooping up snow as he ran. He would make a snowball as he would next throw it right above mugen who was already on the ground. He did this because the snow ball was on a direct path towards a pile of snow which was beside where Mugen had landed. The snowball would then hit the pile of snow which will add more weight to it. Now why Laz  did this is simple. He saw that the snow was already looking like it will fall it just needed a little more weight to help it. So as it hit the pile of snow it would slide down the roof and fall beside Mugen while making a loud thud. He did it to distract Mugen if it worked or not wouldn't matter much because he was then in hitting range of Mugen. If Mugen looked at the pile of snow Laz  would perform a sliding kick which will knock Mugen of his feet but if he didn't look Laz  would run past Mugen and do a round house kick to the back of his head.

Once he was mere inches away from the ground, he could spot Lazuru picking up snow. From what he knew in their spar with the masked man, he was most likely going to create a snowball. Just to be safe, the boy put up his hands to block his face after placing his popsicle securely into his mouth. By now only the stick was left. His fingers were a few centimeters above his head while the palms were used to protect the rest of his features. Laz indeed threw it right above his head once he landed. However, it was only a single centimeter...right above his head. This lead to 1/5 of the snowball hitting Mugen's fingertips, consequently making the "projectile" slow down by a considerable amount. Some of it was also brushed off upon the impact making the weight less than before. It was obvious that when the snow hit the large pile that was on the roof, it would look just about ready to fall, but not quite. Though, if it did somehow happen to fall anyway, then Mugen would immediately jump as a reflex. Literally...he would jump at a height that would place him one foot above Laz, escaping in the nick of time.

Though, before he had done so, he had seen Lazuru charging towards his previous position. It seemed that he was trying to get behind him. Upon closer inspection, he also saw a relatively small mosquito that was between them. It was only a foot in front of Laz. If he didn't stop running then it would most likely end up in his eye. Onto another topic, Mugen would land three meter behind his opponent regardless of where he was, for there was only open space for him to land on. If the snow didn't happen to fall, then the youth would merely stand there and wait for Laz to attempt an attack on him. Of course, there was still the mosquito between them, and it would hopefully make his enemy stop in his tracks. If it didn't, Mugen would watch as Lazuru ran past him. He wasn't stupid, he wasn't going to let the enemy get his blind spot. Hoping that he was correct, the boy would duck once more at random and would watch as his opponent's foot sailed past his head.

He quickly used this opening to his advantage and immediately aimed an uppercut for Laz's chin with his right hand. He made sure to place his left hand beside his enemy's foot. That way he couldn't possibly aim another attack on him for it would just go into his palm. He would then use his right foot to aim a sweeping kick at Lazuru's ankle which should have made the fellow student fall onto his back. Finally, Mugen would leap away by three meters and settle into a defensive stance.

Laz  had noticed the bug that he would have ran into but he raised his hand up to simply smack it away. He then stopped a few feet away from Mugen as he would start to think of something he forgot to do. "Hmm seems like we'll have to stop here. I forgot about that I had something to do but anyway it was nice seeing you again Mugen and I would like to continue this spar later on so good day to you" Laz  said as he left the area.

It seemed that Mugen had prepared himself for nothing due to Lazuru stopping at the last minute. He watched as his ex-opponent smacked the bug away and stopped a few feet away from his position. Such bad timing it was for him to have to leave. They just began their battle and he had to head somewhere else already. The boy let his shoulder drop in disappointment before nodding in understanding. He took the leftover popsicle stick from his mouth and began to speak.

"Yeah, hopefully we can continue later. Eh, ja ne..." he replied and looked on as the fellow student walked off. He casually placed the stick back into his mouth and shoved his hands into his pockets. He let his shoulders move upwards again, straightening out his back as he did so. It was time to continue his daily run. In a single smooth motion, the youth twirled around in the opposite direction and jogged to wherever his legs took him.
