Leaving to Check Out Some Missing Ninja

Yoi had gotten a letter a few days ago.

To the Konohagakure Shinobi assigned to this mission:


We have recently heard reports of Missing Ninja gathering in Tea Country. It is your job to track them down. DO NOT ENGAGE IN COMBAT UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. You are to gather the information for the following questions:
Are they recruiting?
How many are on the borders of Tea Country?
Can you tell if they are mounting an attack?
Is there evidence of Tea Country involvement?


The team, including you, is comprised of three Genin. You have hand picked for your misssion success record. The names of the individuals, including you, are Kizaru K, Chuta M, and Yoi Y. Work with them to the best of your ability. They have all received identical letters.

The only other people besides the team you will be in that know of this mission is the Hokage himself, Kinzoku. Do not disclose this information to ANYONE. It is imperative that this operation be conducted stealthily as possible.

Yoi patiently waited at the gates for the others to show up. He was 3 minutes early. The Yuki packed only the essentials, and he was ready to go. He was happy that he was working with Chuta and Kizaru. Yoi had yet to see their abilites, but he assumed they would be entering the Chunnin exams. Yoi is standing off to the side of the gates. Once they all arrive, he will walk out the gates, motioning for them to follow.

We'll be making claims once we fully complete the mission, but I wanna make some mid thread claims:
1 speed stat (bringing me to 22 speed)
250 wc to Quiet Footsteps (250/250)
8 wc to Icing Over (1248/1500)

He got the letter earlier in the day, it was from the head of the mission department. It boiled down to, “don’t tell anyone” and “don’t get caught”. It made Chuta smile, he must be doing something worth noticing if the only people that know about this is the Kage and a few other genin. He looked forward to traveling with them both, he knew them and kinda considered them both friends. 

“Hey Yoi!” Chuta said as he approached the gate. He was a little later than his usual punctuality but it was alright. It wasn’t like they were just going to leave him. He would wait for the other ninja to arrive and head out to the Tea country.

Kizaru was packing for his latest mission. He would be sent out to the land of Tea to gather Intel on some missing ninja active in the area. They were ordered not to enter combat if it could be avoided but he was still bringing all his firepower. Mochi was locked in tight to his leg holster and Alucard was packed nearly in Kizaru's dusty guitar case.

"Okay Kimchi. Mission time, let's go." He spoke softly to the little monkey that was waiting for him by the door. The yellow tamarin climbed up his leg and slumped into the hood of Kizaru's shirt.

He headed out, locking up behind him, towards the konoha gates. He saw his two companions for this mission already waiting for him.

"Sorry I'm late. Let's get going."
