Gaining Permission

When the Mizukage admitted that he didn’t have anything else for him right at this moment, Kether admittedly had an internal sigh of relief. He wasn’t sure if he was really ready for missions right now. The man was right, he was exhausted from the travelling he had done to get here and he would need some rest before he was back to full strength. Finding a local shinobi to show him around seemed like as good of an idea as any, especially as he thought back to that girl who had let him into the village in the first place. He would probably attempt to track her down soon.
 
”At the moment, nothing comes to mind,” he answered in response to the Mizukage’s question about any other questions. ”I don’t want to take up any more of your time.” He was certain that there were better things for a village leader to do than play host to a new arrival with no diplomatic ties to anywhere else. Honestly, he wasn’t even entirely sure why it was necessary for him to report directly to the Mizukage for permission to stay here rather than some other official, but when you were in charge you could make whatever rules you wanted, he supposed. ”I’m certain that you will know where to find me if there is anything you need from me. Until then, I promise to not be a cause of any disruption to your village. Good day.” He bowed to the Mizukage before walking out with the other shinobi who had shown up to take him to his quarters. Here and now was the true beginning of his journey.
